A PENSIONER has been left in a state of fear after being attacked by aggressive window cleaners in Clydebank.
Two men showed up Wednesday at a property on Grand Street in the Whitecrook area of the city and cleaned the windows.
The men, who are described as white with Scottish accents and carrying ladders, demanded payment from the owner of the big house.

PC House of the Dumbarton Police Station said: “This is a horrific incident where a senior member of the community has become frightened after these men became aggressive towards her.
“All window cleaners must obtain a license from the local authority which guarantees that they are a‘ proper and proper person ’if they do not do so, it is a criminal offense.
“I would encourage you to make sure you ask for photo IDs on the windshield wipers, as carrying them is part of the terms of your license.”
Police say they believe the men may not have a window cleaning license and could be called fake, as they are not the usual window cleaners in the area.
Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact the police via 101, citing the incident number 1343 of April 6, or on their website. HERE.
